Send a beautiful message of comfort, safe travels, and protective warmth with the 'May The Road' Greetings Card from Driftwood Designs. Centred around the timeless opening lines of the iconic traditional Irish blessing—"May the road rise up to meet you, may the wind be always at your back"—this card turns classic literature into an evocative work of art.
Brought to life by Welsh artist Lizzie Spikes in her Aberystwyth studio, the classic quote is re-imagined through an intricate layout of hand-painted typography and whimsical, nature-inspired watercolor illustrations. Because it is left entirely blank on the inside, it is an exceptionally versatile choice for life's biggest transitions. It makes a thoughtful sentiment for a loved one moving to a new home, someone embarking on a grand travel adventure, or a friend starting a brave new career path.
