I really enjoyed the lampshade making as the stage by stage instructions were clear and easy to follow. The passing on of tips to ease any tricky aspects in the process was very much appreciated, and I was able to make a follow on lampshade easily as a result of the very good advice I received.
I took my own fabric along however there are lots of lovely Grace and Favour Fabrics available in the Shop and also more lampshade making kits in different sizes so you can carry on making.

A gift for a forty year old. She loves it. It is very unusual and a strong and striking image. An envelope would have been useful, however.

I really enjoyed the workshop very warm and friendly - i went home very pleased with my lampshade and then made another - I now have a lovely matching pair of lampshades for my living room. :-)

These little glass studs are really cute and dainty. They are so light weighted, and comfortable to wear to the point I don't remember wearing them. They are also very affordable despite being such well made hand made jewellery. A local small business that really worths supporting! Would definitely buy more when more variety has been restocked.
