Coco Chocolatier
Calum Haggerty runs Coco Chocolatier from Scotland, where they are passionate about making excellent chocolate and supporting their growers as much as possible. They use cocoa beans grown and processed in Colombia before transforming it into their signature chocolate bars here in the UK, using local ingredients to create unique flavours such as Isle of Skye Sea Salt. Coco work with artists from all over the world to create the eye catching wrappers for the bars - a wonderful collaboration between art and chocolate.
