The Full Moons 2026 calendar features 12 illustrations inspired by some of the traditional names given to the full moon by different cultures. Lizzie Spikes has researched the folk names by which the full moons are known and has chosen 12 which she has illustrated to accompany us through 2026.
The full moons are strongly associated with the seasons and the names evoke a real sense of the feel of the month in which they fall. From the springing of the frogs in April's 'Frog Moon' through to the cold, dark Long Nights' Moon.
Illustrated by Lizzie Spikes in Aberystwyth and printed in the UK.
The moons calendar is A4 (210 x 297mm) in size. Staple bound. With a hole for hanging.
