This set has been designed, illustrated and printed in the UK using sustainable materials and coated with a water based varnish that means they remain recyclable at the end of their life. They are printed in a solar powered factory.
Each Card features one a fun original bird drawing, along with their common name on one side and their scientific name, their wingspan, what they eat, their conservation status and 3 fun facts on the back. The background colour of each card represents where in the world they live.

The cards are approx 78 x 108mm, presented in a fully printed box making the perfect gift.
Use the cards to learn more about some of the amazing birds that we share the Earth with, then play against each other to see who knows more, scoring points for all the facts that you know, with a bonus five points for remembering their scientific names. Each card is also colour co-ordinated in a range of colours to show which area of the earth they are found in.
There are lots of different ways to play and they really do appeal to all ages.
Some ways to play, are to match up toys to the cards, to play snap with the coloured backgrounds, to put them in order of size and compare to ourselves, to simply identify the birds, to remember facts to win the cards, as well as using them as resources at drawing time and as inspiration for writing stories.
