Are you dissatisfied with shop-bought crackers, with their lame jokes, feeble hats, and undesirable gifts? This kit contains the wherewithal to make six sumptuous crackers in assorted patterns, complete with exceedingly jolly patterned hats, cards to write your own jokes, and generous quantities of ribbon to finish.

Choose your own presents to complete. A really fun project for the run-up to Christmas or any other significant feast day. To make the crackers you will need scissors and glue which are not included. No snaps.

Made in England from responsibly sourced card, printed with hand-mixed colours. There is no glue, plastic or metal in the crackers themselves, the hats, or the packaging. The ribbon is made of Tencel™️, made from cellulose fibres in a closed loop system with no waste products. The entire product is fully biodegradable and recyclable.

Cambridge Imprint products are designed, manufactured, finished and packaged in England. Their iconic patterned paper is printed on a lithographic press by a long-established printers’ cooperative in Bethnal Green in London.

Meet the Maker: Cambridge Imprint

Cambridge Imprint is a collaboration between painter Claerwen James, textile artist Jane Powell and ceramicist Ali Murphy.

Using simple hand-stencilled screen-printing to create their original designs, and spot-colour lithography to replicate that process in manufacturing the final paper product.

By keeping their manufacturing local they are able to maintain the necessary attention to colour, texture and quality.
